目的:探讨单纯及混配型急性有机磷农药中毒患者血清细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)的变化及临床意义。方法:将2012年2月至2014年2月收治入院的急性有机磷农药中毒患者为中毒组(n=140)和健康体检者为对照组(n=142),中毒组再分为单纯型组(n=72)、混配型组(n=68),比较对照组及中毒组入院、出院的ICAM-1水平。结果 :中毒组入院时血清ICAM-1平均水平明显高于对照组(815.43±30.58 ng/ml VS 503.34±28.47 ng/ml,P<0.05),出院时与对照组无明显差异(528.23±31.43 ng/ml VS 503.34±28.47 ng/ml,P>0.05);中毒组入院时血清ICAM-1平均水平明显高于出院时(815.43±30.58 ng/ml VS 528.23±31.43 ng/ml,P<0.05);单纯型组和混配型组入院、出院时血清ICAM-1平均水平均无显著性差异(799.53±38.29 ng/ml VS 800.45±30.29 ng/ml,522.75±25.64ng/ml VS 530.37±26.39 ng/ml,P均>0.05),但出院时均明显低于入院时(522.75±25.64ng/ml VS799.53±38.29 ng/ml,530.37±26.39 ng/ml VS 800.45±30.29 ng/ml,P均<0.05)。结论 :单纯型和混配型急性有机磷农药中毒患者的血清ICAM-1水平入院时无显著差异,均可按单纯型急性有机磷农药中毒原则进行救治。
Objective: To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods: Patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (n = 140) and healthy controls (n = 142) admitted to hospital from February 2012 to February 2014 were divided into simple group (n = 72), mixed type group (n = 68). The ICAM-1 levels of admission and discharge in control group and poisoning group were compared. Results: The average level of serum ICAM-1 in admission group was significantly higher than that in control group (815.43 ± 30.58 ng / ml vs 503.34 ± 28.47 ng / ml, P <0.05), and no significant difference was found between the two groups (528.23 ± 31.43 ng / ml vs 503.34 ± 28.47 ng / ml, P> 0.05). The average level of serum ICAM-1 at admission was significantly higher than that at discharge (815.43 ± 30.58 ng / ml VS 528.23 ± 31.43 ng / ml, P <0.05) There was no significant difference in the mean levels of serum ICAM-1 at hospital admission between the simple type and mixed type groups (799.53 ± 38.29 ng / ml VS 800.45 ± 30.29 ng / ml, 522.75 ± 25.64 ng / ml vs 530.37 ± 26.39 ng / ml and P> 0.05), but both were significantly lower than those on admission (522.75 ± 25.64ng / ml VS799.53 ± 38.29ng / ml, 530.37 ± 26.39ng / ml VS800.45 ± 30.29ng / ml, P < 0.05). Conclusion: The levels of serum ICAM-1 in patients with simple organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and mixed type acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning are not significantly different at admission, and can be treated according to the principle of simple acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
