目的:探讨免疫球蛋白E(IgE)的表达、嗜酸性粒细胞(EO S)浸润程度在鼻息肉、鼻息肉病中的差异。方法:应用连续两步免疫酶法(Sandw ich)检测鼻息肉病16例、鼻息肉31例和正常下鼻甲黏膜11例组织匀浆中IgE的表达水平;同时应用Chrom otrope 2R特染法检测以上组织中EO S的浸润程度;血液自动分析仪计数外周血EO S。结果:(1)鼻息肉病、鼻息肉、正常下鼻甲黏膜三组组织中IgE的表达水平不同,两两比较差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01);且其水平分别与鼻息肉及鼻息肉病组织中EO S浸润数呈正相关(P<0.01)。(2)三组组织染色切片EO S计数统计学上不全相同,两两比较差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)血EO S数在三组之间的差别均无统计学意义(P>0.01)。结论:IgE对鼻息肉及鼻息肉病组织中EO S的聚集具有重要作用;IgE的半定量和鼻息肉组织中EO S计数可以作为区分鼻息肉病或鼻息肉的参考指标。鼻息肉病的高复发可能和EO S的高浸润程度、IgE的高表达水平有关。
Objective: To investigate the difference of immunoglobulin E (IgE) expression and eosinophil infiltration in nasal polyps and nasal polyposis. Methods: The expression of IgE in 16 cases of nasal polyposis, 31 cases of nasal polyps and 11 cases of normal inferior turbinate mucosa were detected by two-step immunostaining (Sandw ich), and the expression of IgE was detected by Chromotrope 2R EO S tissue infiltration degree; automatic blood analyzer count peripheral blood EO S. Results: (1) The expression levels of IgE in nasal polyps, nasal polyps and normal inferior turbinate mucosa were different, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The levels of IgE were correlated with nasal polyps and nasal polyps The number of EO S infiltration in polyposis tissues was positively correlated (P <0.01). (2) EO S counts of the three groups of stained sections were not statistically the same, with any significant difference (P <0.01). (3) There was no significant difference in the number of EO S between the three groups (P> 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: IgE plays an important role in the aggregation of EO S in nasal polyps and nasal polyposis; semiquantitative IgE and count of EO S in nasal polyps can be used as a reference index to distinguish nasal polyposis or nasal polyps. The high recurrence of nasal polyposis may be related to the high infiltration of EO S and the high expression of IgE.
