为了改进粘钢加固用结构胶的力学性能,对结构胶的各个构成组分进行试验分析确定其用量比例,通过室内试验和力学性能测试研究粘钢加固用结构胶的力学性能特点。采用正交试验得出结构胶各个组分对力学性能影响的主次顺序,确定了粘钢加固用结构胶的配比。通过分析不同固化剂用量对结构胶的性能影响,确定固化剂用量,并对试配的结构胶进行了力学性能试验,得出的力学性能指标满足粘钢加固用结构胶的使用要求,试配的结构胶可以用于混凝土桥梁的加固补强。另外,对适配的结构胶在使用过程中的表面处理、固化时间、固化温度与相对湿度、固化压力提出了指导性建议研究方法,可为桥梁结构的加固提供借鉴意义。
In order to improve the mechanical properties of the structural adhesive for steel reinforcement, the structural components of the structural adhesive were tested and analyzed to determine the proportion of the amount. The mechanical properties of structural adhesive bonded with steel were studied through laboratory tests and mechanical properties tests. Orthogonal test was used to get the order of the primary and secondary components that affect the mechanical properties of the structural adhesive, and the proportion of the structural adhesive for the steel reinforcement was determined. By analyzing the influence of the amount of curing agent on the properties of structural adhesive, the amount of curing agent was determined, and the mechanical properties of the structural adhesive were tested. The mechanical properties obtained meet the requirements of using structural adhesive for steel reinforcement. The structural glue can be used to reinforce concrete bridges. In addition, some suggestions on the surface treatment, curing time, curing temperature, relative humidity and curing pressure of the structural adhesive are put forward, which can provide reference for the reinforcement of the bridge structure.
