1 问题的提出 冶金企业的酸洗工艺过程一般在盛有浓酸液的酸槽中进行,酸液温度的测量有着重要的意义。酸液温度准确、连续地测量直接关系到酸洗质量。多年来,由于本厂酸洗使用的氢氟酸(HF)、硝酸(HNO_3)与硫酸(H_2SO_4)的混合酸液有强烈的腐蚀性,加之强酸气体对测温元件热电阻的接线端子的渗透腐蚀,钢带跑偏时对热电阻的撞击这三个主要因素的影响,所用热电阻尽管选用陶瓷保护管,但仍然经常损坏,最多时四个酸槽二到三天就损坏一支。热电阻的损坏不仅造成600元/月的经济损失,而且降低了测温的准确性与连续性,影响了酸洗质量,同时也大大增加了仪表维护人员在酸雾
