用福尔马林、酚分别灭活的病原菌LK -4两种菌苗及粗脂多糖 (LPS)作为抗原 ,分别免疫注射翘嘴鳜 5周后 ,检测了受免和对照鱼体的血清凝集抗体效价 ,血液中白细胞的吞噬活性、杀菌活性 ,免疫血清对吞噬细胞活性的调理指数 ,并进行了人工攻毒试验。毒力攻击的结果表明 ,3组受免鱼中 ,以PKC组获得的免疫保护力最高 ,达 94 .4 % ;其次为LPS组 ,达 88.9% ;FKC组为 77.8% ,而对照组仅有 1 0 %的存活率。
Two kinds of LK-4 and LPS were inactivated respectively by formalin and phenol as antigens. After 5 weeks of immunization with Cephalosporium albopictus, serum aggregation Antibody titer, phagocytic activity of leucocytes in the blood, bactericidal activity and immune sera regulating index of phagocytic activity, and artificial challenge test was carried out. The results of virulence challenge showed that among 3 groups of immunized fish, PKC group had the highest protective immunity (94.4%), followed by LPS group (88.9%) and FKC group (77.8%), while the control group 1 0% survival rate.
