改革开放以来,由于执行了“允许一部分人和一部分地区先富起来,然后达到共同富裕”的政策,一部分人和地区确实先富起来了,同时,也出现了收入差距拉大的情况。为此,有人认为允许先富会导致两极分化,不符合共同富裕的原则;也有人片面抓先富,忽视扶持落后促共富。事实证明,共富是目标,先富是条件,从先富到共富是一个不断积累、不断扩展和提高、不断从不平衡到平衡的发展过程。二者是辩证的统一,相辅相成,相得益彰。所以,在当前实际工作中,既要注重抓先富,又不可忽视扶持贫困抓共富。 Since the reform and opening up, due to the implementation of the policy of “allowing some people and some areas to get rich first and then to common prosperity,” some people and regions have really got rich first and the income gap has widened.
