扫描电镜动态拉伸试验发现,马氏体状态的CuZnAl形状记忆合金断裂之前经受了强烈的变形,裂纹于马氏体界面萌生和扩展,原母相晶界对裂纹的扩展起阻止作用,断裂后呈现微孔集聚型塑性断口。
Scanning electron microscopy (TGA) dynamic tensile test showed that the martensite CuZnAl shape memory alloy had undergone strong deformation before fracture, and the crack initiated and expanded at the martensite interface. The original parental grain boundary prevented the crack growth. After fracture Micropore gathered plastic fracture.
