目的:为选育优良何首乌种源及规范何首乌种植技术提供依据。方法:实地调查生境,田间定期观察和定株取样分析。结果:何首乌生长适应性强,在光照充足、雨量充沛、热量丰富、土壤肥沃的区域生长旺盛;随纬度降低,何首乌营养生长期延长,生殖生长期延迟,地下部分持续获得营养的时间延长,低纬度地区种质的根冠比持续增加的时间较高纬度地区的长。结论:何首乌不同种质生物学特性因地域及生境的不同而表现较大差异,这种差异可为各地因地制宜选育何首乌优良种源提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To provide the basis for breeding provenances of Polygonum multiflorum and standardizing Polygonum multiflorum planting techniques. Methods: Field investigation of habitat, field observation and routine strain sampling analysis. Results: Polygonum multiflorum growth adaptability, in sufficient light, abundant rainfall, rich in heat, fertile areas of strong growth; with decreasing latitude, Polygonum growing vegetative phase delay, reproductive growth delay, continued underground access to nutrition, prolonged low Roots and shoots of the germplasm in the latitudes were longer than those in the latitudes that continued to increase. CONCLUSION: The biological characteristics of different Polygonum multiflorum germplasm differ greatly depending on the region and habitat. This difference can provide the basis for selecting the best provenances of Polygonum multiflorum.
