采用硝酸和高氯酸(4+1)消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法(CPE-FAAS)测定不同产地红酒中微量元素Ca、Fe、Mg、Zn的含量。从4种不同产地红酒中各元素含量可看出,均含有丰富的Ca、Fe、Mg,而Zn的含量相对较少,其中产地为法国的葡萄酒中Ca和Fe的含量最高。方法回收率在99.55%~103.7%之间,RSD小于6.1%,具有高效、准确、简单、快捷、安全、精密度高等特点,测定结果满意。
The contents of trace elements Ca, Fe, Mg and Zn in red wine from different areas were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (CPE-FAAS) with (4 + 1) nitric acid and perchloric acid. The contents of Ca, Fe and Mg in the red wine from four different habitats are all rich in Ca, Fe and Mg, while the content of Zn is relatively small. The content of Ca and Fe in the wine originating from France is the highest. The recovery of the method was between 99.55% and 103.7%, and the RSD was less than 6.1%. The method was characterized with high efficiency, accuracy, simplicity, quickness, safety and precision. The results were satisfactory.
