本文对含碳量2.19%和3.0%的白口铸铁进行了热塑性试验,并测定其在不同奥氏体化温度下的临界形变率,从而提供了白口铸铁热形变加工的有关工艺参数。对含碳量2.33%的白口铸铁进行了形变热处理试验,测定其在各种形变率下的机械性能和耐磨性。同时观察金相组织变化,求得机械性能与形变率之间的关系。文中对白口铸铁形变热处理强韧化机制作了论证和阐述,为进一步开展白口铸铁形变热处理的研究工作提供了理论基础。
In this paper, the thermoplastic properties of white cast iron with carbon content of 2.19% and 3.0% were tested and the critical deformation rate at different austenitization temperature was measured, which provided relevant technological parameters for hot deformation of white cast iron. The white cast iron with carbon content of 2.33% was subjected to the deformation heat treatment test, and its mechanical properties and wear resistance under various deformation rates were measured. At the same time, observe the changes in microstructure and determine the relationship between mechanical properties and deformation rate. In this paper, the mechanism of strengthening and toughening of white cast iron in heat treatment is demonstrated and elaborated, which provides a theoretical basis for further research on the deformation heat treatment of white cast iron.
