目的研究绝经前、后子宫内膜息肉(EMP)中环氧合酶-2(COX-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达及二者的相关性,为研究EMP形成机理提供线索。方法选取存档石蜡标本共150例,其中绝经前、后EMP各45例,绝经前正常增生期子宫内膜和绝经后正常萎缩型子宫内膜各30例,用免疫组化SP法检测各组COX-2、MMP-9的表达情况,并分析两指标在EMP组织中的表达及相关性。结果绝经前组COX-2、MMP-9在EMP腺体和间质的表达均显著高于二者在正常增生期子宫内膜中的表达(P<0.05)。绝经后组COX-2、MMP-9在EMP间质和腺体中的表达均高于二者在绝经后正常萎缩型子宫内膜中的表达(P<0.05)。COX-2在绝经前、后EMP腺体中的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),COX-2在绝经前EMP间质中的表达高于其在绝经后EMP间质中的表达(P<0.05),MMP-9在绝经前EMP的腺体和间质中的表达高于其在绝经后的表达(P<0.05)。COX-2与MMP-9在EMP腺体和间质表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 COX-2和MMP-9在EMP中高表达,且呈正相关。
Objective To study the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in premenopausal and postmenopausal women with endometrial polyps (EMP) Provide clues. Methods A total of 150 paraffin-embedded specimens were collected, including 45 pre-menopausal and post-EMP patients, 30 pre-menopausal women with normal proliferative endometrium and 30 normal postmenopausal women with atrophic endometriosis. The expressions of COX -2, MMP-9, and analyze the expression and correlation of the two indexes in EMP tissues. Results The expression of COX-2 and MMP-9 in the EMP gland and stroma was significantly higher in the premenopausal group than in the normal proliferative endometrium (P <0.05). The expression of COX-2 and MMP-9 in EMP stroma and gland were significantly higher than those in postmenopausal women with normal atrophic endometrium (P <0.05). The expression of COX-2 in postmenopausal and post-menopausal EMP glands was not significantly different (P> 0.05). The expression of COX-2 in premenopausal EMP interstitium was higher than that in postmenopausal EMP P <0.05). The expression of MMP-9 in the gland and stroma of premenopausal EMP was higher than that in the postmenopausal (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of COX-2 and MMP-9 in the gland and stroma of EMP (P <0.01). Conclusions COX-2 and MMP-9 are highly expressed in EMP and have a positive correlation.
