钩端螺旋体病(钩体病)在许多地区均有发生和流行,钩端螺旋体脑动脉炎近年来陆续见有报道。湛江地区除沿河地带有洪水型钩体病流行外,散发病例终年可见。现将湛江、阳春两地自1973～1980年收治的60例钩端螺旋体脑动脉炎加以综合分析如下。
