由于垂体—肾上腺皮质系统功能状态对机体抗感染和抗内毒素具有重要意义,因此,我们研究了参麦液对机体神经体液调节功能的影响,试图从感染—应激方面探讨参麦液抗内毒素休克的机制。方法及结果一、对大白鼠蛋清性脚肿的影响大白鼠12只均分两组,分别静注参麦液或生理盐水10毫升/公斤,30分钟后于左后脚跖皮下注入新鲜鸡蛋清0.05毫升/只,致炎前后的1/2、1、2、3、4及6小时用排水法测定大鼠脚爪体积,计算肿胀百分率,结果参麦液对大鼠蛋清性脚肿有明显的抗炎作用。
