本文在理论上探讨了提高光栅式传动仪测量精度的一种数据处理方法——均值法,并通过测量滚齿机传动误差证实了此法可使由低精度光栅头组成的传动仪达到很高的测量精度。
In this paper, a data processing method to improve the measuring accuracy of the grating type transmission instrument is discussed in theory - mean value method, and the transmission error of the hobbing machine is measured to confirm that this method can achieve high measurement of the transmission instrument composed of the low-precision raster head Accuracy.
