海信集团前身是成立于1969年的青岛市无线电二厂,当时只有十几个人,经过几十年的发展壮大,目前,海信成为以消费类电子、信息、通迅产业为主导,实现跨国经营的山东省最大的电子信息企业集团。海信得以发展的一个重要原因,就是始终把人才作为企业的创业之本、竟争之本、发展之本。通过建设一支包括技术、管理,营销、制造等各方面优秀人才队伍,增强了企业的竞争力。结合海信集团公司的发展历程,周厚健阐释了新的竞争环境下对企业人才工程的再认识。
Hisense Group was established in 1969, Qingdao Radio Plant, was only a dozen individuals, after decades of development and growth, at present, Hisense has become consumer electronics, information, communications industry as the leading transnational business Shandong Province's largest electronic information enterprise group.
