在实际教学过程中,小学生的思维能力、基础知识、学习能力等方面均存在差异。如果教师采用相同的方法教育学生,可能存在部分学生无法跟上教师思路且学习吃力的情况,最终可能导致学生学习成绩下降。因此,在倡导素质教育的背景下,小学语文应积极采用差异教学方式,根据小学生的个性特征予以适宜的教育,使学生得到个性化发展,从而促进学生成长。1小学语文“差异教学”失位现象产生的原因
