为了解决对数放大器严重的直流漂移问题,以L-17D为典型对象,分析了对数放大器的工作原理以及导致其直流漂移的机理,提出了3种实用的对数放大器直流漂移抑制方法,将其直流漂移控制在可接受的±0.1V范围以内。
In order to solve the serious DC drift problem of logarithmic amplifier, the working principle of logarithmic amplifier and its mechanism of DC drift are analyzed with L-17D as the typical object. Three kinds of practical logarithmic amplifier DC drift rejection method are proposed. The DC drift is controlled within an acceptable ± 0.1V range.
