目的建立同时测定益骨颗粒中淫羊藿苷、龙胆苦苷、马钱苷酸3种成分含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse Plus C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0 mL·min~(-1),检测波长为254 nm,柱温为25℃,进样量为10μL。结果淫羊藿苷、龙胆苦苷、马钱苷酸3种成分的检测质量浓度线性范围分别为4.072~101.8,20.252~506.3,4.044~101.1μg·mL~(-1)(r=0.999 9),平均回收率分别为99.51%、98.74%、98.77%,RSD分别为1.16%、1.02%、1.79%(n=6)。结论该测定方法操作简便、结果准确、重复性及专属性好,可用于益骨颗粒的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of icariin, gentiopicroside and marigoldinic acid in Yigu granules. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on an Agilent Eclipse Plus C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (gradient elution) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · Min -1, the detection wavelength was 254 nm, the column temperature was 25 ℃ and the injection volume was 10 μL. Results The linear range of the concentrations of icariin, gentiopicroside and mafenoside were 4.072 ~ 101.8,20.252 ~ 506.3 and 4.044 ~ 101.1μg · mL ~ (-1) respectively (r = 0.999 9 ). The average recoveries were 99.51%, 98.74% and 98.77%, respectively, with RSDs of 1.16%, 1.02% and 1.79%, respectively (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and specific. It can be used for the quality control of Yiguang granules.
