随着社会的发展,我国机关事业单位人事制度改革的不断深入,人事档案管理也受到一定的影响,许多机关事业单位内部的人事制度安排和发展规划都进行了创新。食品药品监管部门成立时间短,作为基层一线档案管理工作人员普遍存在管理经验不足、管理的系统性有待加强、分类管理问题有待提升、电子信息化程度较低、有效利用问题有待发展、档案管理人员水平有待提升等问题,针对以上问题,基层食药监人事档案管理工作人员有必要及时转变思路,以现阶段新时期的发展作为引导和基础,正确认识人事档案管理的发展方式,创新人事档案的数据管理,信息管理,充分发挥基层食药监部门人事档案的资源优势,为基层食药监部门选拔和使用人才提供真实可靠的材料。
