人力资源是社会经济发展的推动力,是左右经济转变发展方式的关键因素。在我国经济发展的过程中,人力资源作为一种战略资源,在促进经济发展和我国产业结构的调整及转型方面发挥着重要作用。分析了人力资源与经济转变发展方式的内在关系,研究了相互之间的作用,以期对我国经济的发展带来帮助。
Human resources are the driving force of socio-economic development and the key factor influencing the transformation of economic development. In the process of economic development in our country, human resources, as a strategic resource, play an important role in promoting economic development and the restructuring and transformation of China’s industrial structure.
