一、前言中华硬毛猕猴桃(Actinidia chinensis Planch.var.hisPida C·F·Liang)是猕猴桃中最有经济价值的一种,是全国重点研究的果树。在我国多为野生,近年来才开始大量人工栽培,对它的种子的生物学特征还研究得较少,在生产上,种子的发芽率常较低。本试验的目的:①探索种子发芽力低的原因存在于种子本身或处理的条件,②用TTC(红四碳唑盐)测定种子的生活力是否可行。
