特发性Willis环闭塞(脑血管moyamova病)是以颈内动脉末端狭窄或闭塞和脑底异常血管网为特征,其病因不明。有作者强调这种偏心圆的纤维性内膜增厚形成的闭塞性血管损害与血栓形成有关。新近从颈内动脉颅内段、椎基底和颈外动脉内皮细胞中分离的一种抗凝蛋白-血栓素(thrombomodulin),作为血管内凝固的一种抑制剂,被认为在活体内的血栓形成中起了重要作用。为了明确缺乏血栓素的表达是否可以导致特发性Willis环闭塞病人形成血栓,本文对12例此病患者和8例对照组的内皮细胞血栓素表达进行了检测。
