针对多指标决策中主观性判断造成的权重确定不准确性问题,提出了一种提高决策客观性的赋权方法。该方法将被决策对象的指标分为有客观数据指标和无客观数据指标两种。对于前者,采用信息熵方法确定权重,对于后者,首先采用多专家区间数判断法并运用区间数统计融合算法去除主观性较大的专家判断区间数,运用可拓层次分析法来确定权重,并用可拓分析法将二者有机集成。该方法案例验证说明了能够较大的减弱主观因素对权重确定的影响。
Aiming at the inaccuracy of weight determination caused by subjective judgment in multi-index decision-making, a method of empowerment to improve objectivity of decision-making is proposed. The method divides the indexes of the decision-making objects into objective index and objective index. For the former, the information entropy method is used to determine the weights. For the latter, firstly, the method of multi-expert interval number judgment is adopted and interval number statistics fusion algorithm is used to remove the subjective expert judgment interval number. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) And use the extension method to integrate the two. The verification of this method shows that the subjective factors can greatly reduce the impact of weight determination.
