我厂生产的铸铁件大部分是煤矿防爆电机的端盖和轴承盖。材质要求HT25—47。加工后防爆面不得有任何铸造缺陷,并进行8公斤/厘米~2的水压试验。铸件重量在2~80公斤之间。型砂全部采用活化膨润土煤粉砂湖型潮芯铸造。75年以前模型是木模。小件用活匣子造型,大件是单模单箱造型,劳动强度大,生产效牢低。从75年开始试用空心组合式铝模型—箱多模造型法,取代单模单箱造型和活匣子造型。经过几年的生产实践证明:铸件质量稳定,减轻了笨重的体力劳动,并取得了一定的经济效益。
