Based on the data of the Tibeto-Burman languages and the materials of the Miao-Yao language and the Kam-Tai language, this paper discusses the complex consonants in the language syllable structure of the original Sino-Tibetan language family. The first part of the article introduces some of the main ideas of syllable structure. The second part mainly discusses the differences between the pre-consonants and prefixes of complex consonants, and gives the reasons for distinguishing the two from the reasons of T6. The third part takes “eight” and “hundred” as an example to discuss the possibility of existence of complex consonant structure. The fourth part discusses the consonant consonants after the consonants, that the predecessors to be measured, “Voice” or “voice” may not be on a level. The original consonants of the original Sino-Tibetan complex consonants may have tongue-tipped fricatives. In the last part, the structure of the original Chinese-Tibetan complex consonants is tested.
