著名经济学家厉以宁教授近期西行成都,在闻名中外的川西金牛坝宾馆,为西部大省——四川省省级机关、高校、科研院所部分领导干部及科研人员作了《关于西部大开发的几个问题》的精彩演讲。面对热烈的场面,厉以宁不顾自己已年届七旬,比原定两个小时的报告会多讲了整整一个小时。当厉以宁在成都听说中国与欧盟已签署加入WTO双边协议的消息时,又对入世后中国的宏观对策发表了独特的高见。
