中小型排水管道清淤机器人设计引入了虚拟样机技术,在有条件制作物理样机之前对机器人的性能、可装配性等进行评价,为机器人的产业化提供了技术上的保障。本文以直齿圆锥齿轮为例,详细介绍了pro/e的参数化设计过程。
The design of dredging robot for small and medium-sized drainage pipes introduces the virtual prototyping technology, and evaluates the robot’s performance and assemblability before producing physical prototypes conditionally, which provides the technological guarantee for the industrialization of robots. In this paper, an example of spur bevel gear, the parametric design process of pro / e is introduced in detail.
