剃齿工艺具有一系列优点,因而在齿轮精加工中被广泛采用。但标准剃齿刀剃出的齿轮往往产生中凹。最近我厂进行的负变位剃齿(中等模数)试验表明:剃齿精度与啮合角有关,合理地选择啮合角,可使剃齿精度达到6~7级。本文从合理选择啮合角的观点出发,将剃齿刀的设计归结为一项单目标的优化问题,建立了优化的数学模型,运用华中工学院零件教研室的CVM02离散变量的基础优化程序,在IBM—XT微机上解此优化问题,收到了良好的效果。
Shaving process has a series of advantages, which are widely used in gear finishing. However, the gears shaved by a standard shaving cutter tend to be concave. Recently, the negative displacement gear shaving (medium module) test in our factory shows that the accuracy of shaving is related to the engagement angle, and the reasonable selection of the engagement angle can make the shaving accuracy reach 6-7. In this paper, from the perspective of reasonable choice of the angle of engagement, the design of the shaving cutter is reduced to a single objective optimization problem. An optimized mathematical model is established. By using the CVM02 discrete variable optimization program of the part teaching department of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, -XT Microcomputer solution to this optimization problem, received good results.
