影响教学质量提升的因素是多方面的,如学生学习的积极性、教师教学方法与技巧、教学质量管理机制等。笔者在学校管理实践中深深的体会到:从学生学习的内在因素入手,把握好课堂的教学设计,遵循良好的质量运行机制,不断优化行进策略,有助于提升学校的教学质量。
There are many factors that affect the improvement of teaching quality, such as the enthusiasm of students’ learning, teachers’ teaching methods and skills, and teaching quality management mechanisms. The author deeply understands in the school management practice: Starting from the internal factors of student learning, grasping the classroom teaching design, following a good quality operating mechanism, and constantly optimizing the marching strategy will help improve the school’s teaching quality.
