与人类肿瘤,尤其是头颈鳞癌(HNSCC)的发生、发展有关的基因倍受关注,P~(53)基因即其中之一。P~(53)基因突变率在HNSCC及其细胞系中约53~93%,且与癌肿早期复发有关。P~(53)基因突变导致非功能性P~(53)蛋白在肿瘤细胞内蓄积,因此可采用免疫组化法间接测知。野生型P~(53)蛋白具有调节细胞周期G_1/S期的功能,因此,在肿瘤发生、发展过程中,控制G_1/S期的基因突变必然与肿瘤细胞的增殖活性有关。但P~(53)基因异常与肿瘤细胞增殖动力关系的研究较少。为分析P~(53)基因表
Genes related to the development and progression of human tumors, especially head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), have attracted much attention. Among them, P53 gene is one of them. The mutation rate of P ~ (53) gene is about 53 ~ 93% in HNSCC and its cell lines, and is related to the early recurrence of cancer. P 53 gene mutation leads to the accumulation of non-functional P53 protein in tumor cells, so it can be detected indirectly by immunohistochemistry.
