鳗养殖是高效益的水产养殖之一。虽然近年来鳗市场价格下跌较大,但选择苗种资源丰富而价格低廉的欧洲鳗等品种,进行海水网箱养殖,前景仍然看好,经济效益十分可观。一、水域环境选择水面开阔,水质良好,风浪较小,低潮时仍能保持水深4m以上的海湾设置网箱,一般以河口附近的半咸水水域为最佳网箱养殖场。水温适宜范围8～30℃,海流速度1m/秒以下,最佳流速0.5 m/秒。
