为了提高2519铝合金的耐腐蚀性,通过浸入法在铝合金表面制备一层聚苯乙烯涂层。采用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线能量散射谱(EDS)分析了表面形貌和成分,通过电化学极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究了聚苯乙烯涂层的耐腐蚀性能以及样品的腐蚀机制。预处理后铝合金试样的腐蚀电流密度要比铝合金裸样低1个数量级,而腐蚀电位正移了20 mV。
In order to improve the corrosion resistance of 2519 aluminum alloy, a polystyrene coating is prepared on the surface of the aluminum alloy by immersion method. The morphology and composition of the surface were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). The corrosion resistance of the polystyrene coating was studied by electrochemical polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) Corrosion mechanism. After pretreatment, the corrosion current density of the aluminum alloy specimen is 1 order of magnitude lower than that of the aluminum alloy specimen, while the corrosion potential is shifted 20 mV.
