我院自1978年元月～1980年12月先后观察一组“眩晕症”。部分病例同时有发热、头痛等征候,经过临床观察确诊为前庭神经细胞炎(vertibular Neuronitis)。眩晕症是内科临床常见一组征候群,原因较多,表现亦较复杂,我们所观察22例事先无一例诊断为本症(如下表),可见对该症认识不足。
Our hospital from January 1978 to December 1980 has observed a group of “vertigo.” Some cases also have fever, headache and other symptoms, after clinical observation diagnosed as vestibular neuritis (vertibular Neuronitis). Vertigo is a group of clinical common clinical symptoms, for many reasons, the performance is more complicated, we observed in 22 cases without prior diagnosis of the disease (see table below), we can see the lack of awareness of the disease.
