患儿女，１８小时。因生后皮肤出血点５小时入院。患儿系第一胎第一产，足月顺产。其母患特发性血小板减少性紫癜５年，目前仍未愈。外周血小板计数波动在 ６０～９０ ×１０９／Ｌ。自怀孕后未再服药。查体：Ｔ３７℃，Ｐ１３０次／分，Ｒ ４０次／分，Ｗ４．５ｋｇ。足月新生
