目的了解北京市海淀区中小学生缺铁性贫血状况动态变化,为制定有针对性的贫血干预措施提供参考。方法分层随机整群抽取海淀区全国体质调研点校7,9,12,14,17岁汉族学生,采用WHO推荐的氰化高铁法和贫血诊断标准进行筛查,比较2010年和2005年海淀区学生贫血检出率。结果 2010年海淀区中小学生贫血检出率为4.7%,低于2005年的9.1%(P<0.05);女生贫血检出率降低5.5个百分点(P<0.05)。2010年以边缘性贫血为主,占88.0%。7岁年龄组学生贫血检出率最高,之后随年龄增长而下降(P<0.01)。结论海淀区中小学生贫血检出率较低,且呈下降趋势。应采取综合防治措施,进一步巩固防治成效。
Objective To understand the dynamic changes of iron deficiency anemia in primary and secondary school students in Haidian District, Beijing, and to provide a reference for the development of targeted anemia interventions. Methods stratified random cluster sampling Haidian District National Physical Fitness Research Point School 7,9,12,14,17-year-old Han students, using the WHO recommended high-speed ferrotox and anemia diagnostic criteria for screening, 2010 and 2005 Haidian District students anemia detection rate. Results The prevalence of anemia among primary and secondary school students in Haidian was 4.7% in 2010, down from 9.1% in 2005 (P <0.05). The prevalence of anemia in girls was reduced by 5.5% (P <0.05). In 2010, marginal anemia was the main component, accounting for 88.0%. The 7-year-old students had the highest detection rate of anemia, and then decreased with age (P <0.01). Conclusion The prevalence of anemia in primary and secondary school students in Haidian is low and declining. Should take comprehensive prevention and treatment measures to further consolidate the effectiveness of prevention and treatment.
