2000年中国100家大型商业零售企业年销售额均超过6亿元。100家企业销售总额为1646亿元,零售总额为1370亿元,分别比上年增长22.8%和25.5%,约占全社会消费品零售总额的4%。销售额超过100亿元的只有联华超市有限公司一家。前10家企业销售额合计占100家企业总销售额的34%。中国最大的100家零售企业大多在东部地区,其中:北京17家、上海12家、江苏、广东各11家。100家企业中,传统大型商场所占比重较大,依然是消费品市场的主力军。连锁超市、专卖店、仓储店等新型业态。虽然在100家大型商业零售企业中所占比重不足四分之一,但发展势头强劲,给流通领域带来了活力,也推动了国内商业零售业的发展,对传统零售商业企业产生了一定影响。为便于国际比较,本文附列了“ 1999年全球商业零售企业 10强”资料,由此可看出,我国的大型商业零售企业在数量上、规模上远为逊色。面临入世,国内商业企业必须通过联合、重组等方式、扩大规模、增强竞争实力,以迎接新的挑战。
In 2000 China’s 100 large-scale commercial retail enterprises have annual sales of more than 600 million yuan. Total sales of the 100 enterprises were 164.6 billion yuan, with a total retail sales of 137 billion yuan, up 22.8% and 25.5% respectively over the previous year, accounting for about 4% of the total retail sales of consumer goods. In order to facilitate international comparison, this paper lists the “Top 10 Global Retailing Enterprises in 1999” data. From this we can see that the large-scale commercial retail enterprises in China are far behind in size and scale. Facing the accession to the WTO, domestic commercial enterprises must expand their scale and enhance their competitive power in a joint and restructuring manner to meet the new challenges.
