本文以精密制造车间数字化制造系统为平台,在陀螺仪壳体组件结构特点分析的基础上,选用合适刀具角度和切削参数,减少陀螺仪壳体组件加工过程中结构变形。设计专用工装,优化精密车削时工件装夹方式,提高陀螺仪壳体组件的加工精度和加工稳定性,实现陀螺仪壳体组件的高精密加工。
Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the gyroscope housing components, this paper selects the appropriate tool angle and cutting parameters to reduce the structural deformation in the gyroscope housing component manufacturing process. Design special tooling to optimize the workpiece clamping method during precision turning, improve machining accuracy and machining stability of the gyro housing components, and realize high-precision machining of the gyro housing components.
