高精度变形铝合金薄板(环)类零件的机械加工是比较困难的.其主要原因是装卡困难,零件易变形.这种薄形零件可分为四周有通孔和四周无通孔两大类.工艺路线:粗加工——人工时效(消除应力)——半精加工——循环稳定化处理——精加工.通过合理的设计胎具及选择合理的切削参数,保证了零件尺寸精度.
