微量汞的测定方法大多采用打(竹阝产)宗比色法,但是这一方法分离手续比较繁复。此外,较常用的方法还有好几种。我们研究了丁基罗丹明试剂与汞溴络阴离子间的有色固相反相,发现这反应的灵敏度很高,因而拟定了应用丁基罗丹明测定微量汞的新方法,确定了比色条件及矿石中微量汞的分析方法等。方法的基本原理是丁基罗丹明阳离子与汞溴络阴离子能形成有色难溶化合物,并能为苯所萃取,根据苯层颜色的强度,可测出汞的含量。
