不论是远程教育试点的成就与不足,还是我国远程教育的定位问题、质量保证问题、资源与支持服务体系的建设等问题,学术领域近年来一直在持续探讨,也是本刊始终关注的焦点。教育行政部门做出政策调整之后,各个方面对远程教育的重新审视与政策解读相伴而来,并且经由社会舆论的张扬,引发了更为广泛的反响。这种重新审视与广泛反响呈现着多元化的特征,但均应视为对中国远程教育进程的关切。本刊认为,不妨以此为契机,从研究的视角,把相关主题作一番敏锐而平实的综合梳理,并由此开掘出一些更深层次的问题。本期刊发这篇专访就是希望体现这样一种思路。
Whether it is the achievements and shortcomings of the distance education pilot, the localization of distance education in our country, the problem of quality assurance, the construction of resources and supporting service system, etc., the academic field has been continuously discussed in recent years and is the focus of our journalism. After the education administrative department made the policy adjustment, the reexamination of all aspects of distance education came along with the interpretation of the policy. And through the public opinion publicity, it aroused more widespread repercussions. This reexamination and wide-ranging response show a wide range of characteristics, but all should be regarded as concerns about the progress of China’s distance education. The journal believes that we may as a turning point, from the perspective of the study, the relevant topics for some sharp and plain comprehensive combing, and thus dig out some of the deeper problems. This issue of this interview is hoping to reflect such an idea.
