将30只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、油酸组、治疗组3组。从股静脉给药物观察实验120min的肺组织内二醛含量。结果显示,油酸组、治疗组的丙二醛含量均上升,治疗组的丙二醛含量上升较油酸组轻,由此得出结论,抑制肺组织丙二醛含量上升是小剂量肝素对大鼠呼吸窘迫综合征的治疗机理之一。
Thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, oleic acid group and treatment group. The amount of dialdehyde in the lung tissue was observed from the femoral vein for 120 min.
