我们采用紫外分光光度法于245nm波长处测定维生素C糖丸的含量，浓度在2．5－15μg／ml范围内，平均回收率为99．83％（n＝5），RSD＝0．044％．实验证明，本法稳定性好、方法简便，结果满意．
We measured the content of vitamin C sugar pills by UV spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 245nm with the average recovery of 99.83% (n = 5) and the RSD of 0.044% . Experiments show that this method has good stability, simple method and satisfactory results.
