一、开放教育教学管理工作的显著特点开放教育的“开放”,包括教育对象、教学资源、教学方法和教学过程的开放,它是指任何人都可以在任何时间、任何地点选择任何教学内容,以自己喜欢的学习方式和适合自己的学习进度进行学习。开放教育与传统的教育形式在培养人才的目标上是一致的,但开放教育把“开放”作为教学目标实现的基本途径,从而使教学管理工作具有很大的特殊性。在把握开放教育教学管理工作的要求上,我们需要认清以下几个显著特点。
