190W柴油机采用飞溅油雾润滑,故连杆盖撬油板是润滑系统中一个很重要的零件,但在使用中发现有不少撬油板折断,引起烧瓦抱轴等事故。为此我们进行了调查,发现撬油板折断大多发生在两个部位,如图1所示。我们拆卸了常折撬油板的数台柴油机,进行分析,初步认为撬油板折断的原因并非疲劳损坏,主要有以下几个原因: 1.撬油板材料的选择。我们选用2.5毫米08钢板冲制,用10号、20号锅也可。但有的单位自己制作
