本文对小麦生育期间出现的各种根际线虫的垂直分布及主要影响因子进行了初步调查研究。经鉴定腐生类线虫占分离线虫总数的45.95%;捕食类线虫占12.85%;矛线类线虫占2.4%;寄生性线虫占总数的38.8%。寄生线虫共有15个属,其中以Ditylenchus(茎线虫属)、Aphelenchoides(滑刃线虫属),Tylenchus(垫刃线虫属)为最多。土壤中以20厘米耕作层内寄生线虫种类最多,密度最高。土壤温度、含水量、有机质含量、PH、孔隙度等对线虫垂直分布有一定影响。以3~4月出现频率最高,种类亦最多。
In this paper, the vertical distribution of main rhizosphere nematodes and their main influencing factors during the growth of wheat were investigated. The identification of saprophytic nematodes accounted for 45.95% of the total number of nematodes isolated; predatory nematodes accounted for 12.85%; spear nematodes accounted for 2.4%; parasitic nematodes accounted for 38.8% of the total. There are 15 genera of parasitic nematodes, among which Ditylenchus, Aphelenchoides and Tylenchus are the most common. Soil in 20 cm tillage layer within the most parasitic nematodes, the highest density. Soil temperature, water content, organic matter content, PH, porosity and other vertical distribution of nematodes have a certain impact. March to April the highest frequency, the largest species.
