上海世博北京西路~华夏西路电力电缆隧道内部设计分为上下两层。如果按照以往的公路隧道内部结构做法,采用现浇工艺施工,一个与施工段需120d的时长远不能满足目标工期的要求。经过多方比较论证,本工程采用了预制构件与现浇层相结合的结构形式,并使用隧道公司自行研制的专用多功能台车,实现了多规格的预制构件在隧道内吊运、拼装的快速施工,单部台车日最大安装量达到50环,大幅度缩短了施工周期,为以后的类似工程提供了借鉴。
