为研究复方中药(CO-CHD)的抗早孕作用,给金黄地鼠灌服CO-CHD10.5g/(kg·d),每天2次,连续3天。结果:(1)受精后第4天给予CO-CHD抗早孕率可达100%;停药后10天生育力恢复正常。(2)通过亲和细胞化学技术和形态学观察发现,子宫内膜上皮细胞发生明显变化;上皮细胞表面的ConA、PNA、UEA凝集素受体增多。(3)125I放射免疫测定显示血清激素浓度与对照组相比差异无显著性,P>0.05。(4)连续喂食CO-CHD1及6个月后,病理组织学检查均未见异常;微核细胞及微核率与对照组相比差异无显著性,P>0.05。提示(1)CO-CHD具有明显的抑制胚胎早期发育的作用,该作用与对机体的生殖内分泌系统无影响。(2)CO-CHD对动物无毒性作用,其抗早孕作用呈可逆性。
In order to study the anti-pregnancy effect of compound Chinese medicine (CO-CHD), golden hamster was fed with CO-CHD10.5g / (kg · d) twice daily for 3 consecutive days. Results: (1) CO-CHD anti-pregnancy rate was 100% on the 4th day after fertilization and fertility was restored to normal on the 10th day after fertilization. (2) By means of affinity cytochemistry and morphological observation, significant changes of endometrial epithelial cells were found; ConA, PNA, UEA lectin receptors on the surface of epithelial cells increased. (3) 125I radioimmunoassay showed no significant difference in serum hormone concentration compared with the control group, P> 0.05. (4) There was no abnormal histopathological examination after CO-CHD1 and 6 months of continuous feeding. There was no significant difference in micronucleus rate and micronucleus rate between the two groups (P> 0.05). Tip (1) CO-CHD significantly inhibited the early embryonic development, the role of the body’s reproductive and endocrine system has no effect. (2) CO-CHD non-toxic to animals, the role of anti-early pregnancy was reversible.
