随着我国知识经济时代的到来,作为知识信息中心的图书馆越来越受到人们的重视。如何做好图书馆管理的工作创新成为现今图书馆工作人员关注的主要问题。本文分析了大学图书馆现状,图书馆管理创新实施的必要性和意义,并从人才结构和思想观念上的创新、服务手段的创新、加强与读者的互动性、实施馆员参与的人本管理方式、树立正确的激励导向等几个方面提出了图书馆管理创新与可持续发展的途径与措施。
