Reporter Liu Yinchun and Wang Ying reported on the experience of applying electronic information technology to transform traditional industries in Beijing during the 7th Five-Year Plan, commending advanced and researching and formulating plans for the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” application of electronic information technology in Beijing, the Municipal Economic Commission and the Municipal Planning Commission. The Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the Beijing Electronics Development Office jointly organized Beijing’s application of electronic information technology to transform traditional industries in mid-May.
