目的研究暴马子皮(Syringae Cortex)化学成分。方法利用硅胶(200~300目)、凝胶Sephadex LH-20及制备高效液相等柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离并鉴定了12个化合物:紫丁香苷(Ⅰ),sinapyl aldehyde 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅱ),丁香醛(Ⅲ),松柏醛(Ⅳ),白桦脂酸(Ⅴ),橄榄苦苷(Ⅵ),oleoside dimeth-yl ester(Ⅶ),ligstroside(Ⅷ),2″-epifraxamoside(Ⅸ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅹ),正三十烷酸(Ⅺ),对羟基苯乙醇三十烷酸酯(Ⅻ)。结论化合物Ⅱ~Ⅴ,Ⅶ,Ⅸ~Ⅻ均为首次从该植物中得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Syringae Cortex. Methods Silica gel (200-300 meshes), gel Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures were identified by the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds. Results Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as follows: syringylidene (Ⅰ), sinapyl aldehyde 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅱ), syringaldehyde (Ⅳ), betulinic acid Oleoside dimeth-yl ester (Ⅶ), ligstroside (Ⅷ), 2 "-epifraxamoside (Ⅸ), β-sitosterol (X), n-triacontanoic acid (Ⅻ) .CONCLUSION Compound Ⅱ ~ Ⅴ, Ⅶ and Ⅸ ~ Ⅻ were obtained from this plant for the first time.
